Operation Catsnip Scheduled For Sunday, March 30
A one-day, low cost spay and neuter event for cats in the Lehigh Valley
will be held Sunday, March 30,
at several veterinary locations in the area.
The spay and neuter
surgeries will be performed by participating veterinarians at their
veterinary hospitals. The doctors and their staffs are donating their time
and facilities for this one day of caring. The event is open to companion
cats, barn cats and ferals.

March 22. To

(formerly the Northampton SPCA) at
610-252-7722, ext. 7.
Leave your name and contact information and state that you are registering
for Operation Catsnip. You will be sent paperwork and information by mail.

Prices are $28 for female cats and $18 for males. Rabies shots are
also available. Spay and neuter surgery can be done on kittens as young as
eight weeks of age that weigh at least two pounds. All cats must be brought
in secure cages or carriers.
The event is sponsored by No Kill Lehigh Valley, a new non-profit
animal charity whose mission is to help the Lehigh Valley become a no-kill
animal community by 2010. The group's website is
